Terms and Conditions – Party Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy
   All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, transportation issues, or dissatisfaction with the event.
   Refunds will only be provided if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.

2. Event Cancellation
   In the rare case that the event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events; tickets will remain valid for the new date.

3. Age Requirements
   Attendees must meet any stated age requirement for the event. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.

4. Entry and Conduct

   • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the venue for disorderly, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, without refund.

   • Attendees must comply with all venue rules and local laws.

5. Ticket Validity
   Tickets are only valid for the specific event, date, and location listed. Tickets may not be resold above face value or duplicated.

6. Liability Disclaimer
   Attendance is at your own risk. The event organizer and venue are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

7. Photography and Media
   By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

8. Agreement
   By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
